We've combined our green olives from the Syracuse countryside, plump and seasoned as they've been for generations, grilled artichokes with aromatic herbs that fill the table with fragrance, and country-style eggplant, patiently macerated and preserved in oil as tradition dictates. Three products that complement each other, for a table that tastes like home.
Our preserves are born from the Sicilian soil: vegetables and ingredients harvested from select farmers, fully respecting the seasons and freshness. Each raw ingredient arrives at the laboratory in its most authentic form, ready to be transformed into authentic flavors.
