Terms and conditions

Purchases are regulated by current Italian legislation and in particular by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) and by Legislative Decree no. 185/99 (impleminttion of Directive 97/7/EC relating to consumer protection regarding distance contracts). The protection of the confidentiality of personal data is guaranteed on the basis of the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n.196 (Consolidated Law on data confidentiality). By confirming the order on the site, the Customer confirms that he has read online and accepts these conditions of Salt, authorizing Edone' srl to charge him the total amount indicated, including the contribution for shipping costs.

HOW TO PURCHASE

Upon confirmation of the order, the customer purchases the products as described in the relevant sheets, at the price indicated on the site, in addition to taxes and the contribution for shipping costs as displayed at the time of purchase.

The Customer is provided with a summary of the unit cost of each product ordered, the total cost if multiple products are purchased and the related transport costs. After completing the purchase, the Customer will receive an email indicating the date, the essential characteristics of the goods, the price, the means of payment, the delivery costs, and the withdrawal methods.

Edonè srl accepts orders within the limits of the quantities existing in the warehouse, therefore acceptance of the order is subject to the actual availability of the products in stock.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment for the products purchased and the related shipping costs is made by the customer upon order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods are:

  • PAYPAL, if you already have a Paypal account you can make the payment quickly and conveniently
  • CREDIT CARD, via the secure Paypal payment system
  • ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER:

  • CASH ON DELIVERY, payment to the courier must be made only in cash, checks are not accepted, the latter payment method includes an additional cash contribution which will be indicated during the purchase procedure.

If the Customer decides to pay online by credit card, he has no commissions and risks absolutely nothing.
In fact, credit card data is encrypted during transmission and is managed directly by the payment platform we rely on: we don't even see it pass through and it isn't stored anywhere.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The manufacturer's warranty and assistance apply to the products purchased by the Customer, as required by current legislation.

These guarantees will apply to the product that presents defects of conformity and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence and that is in compliance with its destination and as provided in any technical documinttion , with observance of the various operating rules indicated therein.

JURISDICTION

This contract is regulated by the Italian law.

The competent court to resolve any civil disputes is that of Syracuse.
