This classic method sparkling wine is produced with Nerello Mascalese grapes grown on the slopes of Etna. Pale pink with peach highlights, it offers delicate aromas of strawberries and citrus, accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage. On the palate it is balanced and creamy, with a lively acidity and a long mineral persistence.
