We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, although during holidays this may take a little longer. If your order was placed over the weekend or on a holiday, we will begin processing your order the next business day.
Once the order is processed internally by our team, shipping times, costs and the spending threshold to obtain free shipping vary according to the destination country as follows:

Returns
- Incorrect product
If your order contains an incorrect product, you can contact us within 10 days of the delivery date at shop@fratelliburgio.com indicating the order number and the incorrect items. Our Customer Service team will contact you soon to authorize the return (subject to photographs) and book a free collection to proceed with the replacement of the product .
Otherwise, if you do not want to proceed with the replacement, you will have the possibility of obtaining a refund for the undelivered product without having to return the incorrect one, a third solution is credit for the next purchase.
If the customer sends the item to be returned at his own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to refund the costs incurred and guarantee the refund or replacement of the items.
In case of replacement: we will schedule and send the courier to collect the package within the time agreed with the customer. The product to be returned must be repackaged in a box with the necessary protections to avoid damaging it during transport. Inside, the product must be intact and still sealed.
The return must indicate the sender precisely (name, address, email address of the Customer) and the order number. The responsibility for the loss or deterioration of the returned goods remains with the customer until they arrive at the warehouse.
No exchange or refund will be made for products returned incomplete, damaged, opened or in a deteriorated condition and, therefore, unsellable.
Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on fratelliburgio.com. For further questions or special requests do not hesitate to contact our customer service team by sending an email to shop@fratelliburgio.com.
- Damaged product
If your order contains a damaged product, you can contact us within 10 days of the delivery date at shop@fratelliburgio.com indicating the order number and the damaged items. Our Customer Service team will contact you soon to authorize the refund of the product in question (subject to photographs).
Refunds
- When will I receive my refund?
The Fratelli Burgio team will verify the right to reimbursement on a case-by-case basis.
You will receive your refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase as soon as possible.
Please note that refund times may vary between different payment providers.
The refund will be free of charge and will only include the amount of the product or items you are returning.
